TCS revenue growth slows to 2.8% over weak demand
Thursday, 12 October 2023
TCS's growth in the September quarter was weak due to a decrease in discretionary spending and slower deal ramp-ups. Revenue grew by 2.8% in constant currency compared to last year, and there was no sequential growth. However, in dollar terms, revenue rose by 4.8% to $7.2 billion. TCS won orders worth $11.2 billion in the quarter but some project deferrals have affected revenue.
