The Hinduja Group, known for their investments in various sectors, have ventured into the hospitality industry with the recent opening of their luxury hotel-cum-residence, OWO, in London. The group acquired the historic building, the old war office of Winston Churchill, after hearing about its sale during a morning walk. With an investment of £926 million, OWO features a 120-key Raffles Hotel, 85 branded residences, and various other facilities. The Hinduja family plans to recoup their investment by monetizing the residences within five years.
