Trai seeks views for auction of 3 new bands

Telecom regulator Trai is soliciting feedback on auctioning three new spectrum bands in higher frequency ranges, providing 4,000 megahertz of radio waves for mobile services. The consultation covers pricing, allocation norms, and payment terms for spectrum in the bands of 37-37.5 GHz, 37.5-40 GHz, and 42.5-43.5 GHz, aimed at future 5G services.
