A shocking new video has emerged from a deadly mass shooting in the Grays Ferry neighborhood of Philadelphia, USA. The incident, which occurred around 1 a.m. on Monday on South Etting Street, resulted in three people being killed and ten others being wounded. The entire horrifying event was captured on a Ring security camera, and the footage is now a critical piece of evidence in the ongoing police investigation.
Police have described the event as an "indiscriminate gunfight," with gunmen firing randomly into homes and cars, tragically hitting numerous young victims. The deceased have been identified as Zahir Wylie, Jason Reese, and Azir Harris, all under the age of 25. The injured victims range in age from 15 to 24, highlighting the youth of those caught in the crossfire. According to Commissioner Bethel, the shooters showed a shocking disregard for human life, opening fire even with children nearby.
This mass shooting concludes a weekend of extreme violence across Philadelphia, where a total of 46 people were shot in separate incidents. On Saturday, eight people were wounded in a shooting at a bar, and on Sunday, another three were shot during a large gathering in North Philly.
