Himesh Reshammiya cheating case verdict

Bombay Sessions Court has dismissed the plea by Vijay Taneja against Himesh Reshammiya, his father, manager, and director Prashant Chadha accusing them of cheating. The court upheld the lower court's order, stating that there is no prima facie evidence of fraud and embezzlement of funds. Taneja had invested Rs 40 crore in Himesh's debut film, 'Aap Ka Suroor'.
