Orhan Awatramani, known as Orry, and seven others were booked by Jammu and Kashmir Police for allegedly drinking alcohol near the Vaishno Devi shrine, violating strict rules to protect the site's religious significance. The hotel manager reported they consumed alcohol despite warnings, and SSP Reasi issued a strict warning for legal consequences of such actions.
