Following a terrorist attack, India struck terrorist bases across the border. This action heightened tensions between India and Pakistan. Subsequently, India banned Instagram accounts of Pakistani artists. OTT platforms received directives to remove all Pakistani content. The government cited national security as the reason for this advisory. The release of Fawad Khan's film 'Abir Gulaal' was also halted in India.
