Wednesday, 28 May 2025 Veteran filmmaker Rono Mukherjee, uncle to Kajol, Rani, and Ayan Mukerji, passed away at the age of 83. Family members and celebrities attended his funeral, remembering his contributions to cinema and the North Bombay Durga Puja celebrations
