The Bengal Files shows marginal jump of Rs 24 lakh

Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's 'The Bengal Files,' releasing on September 5, faces slow advance bookings, currently at Rs 44.51 lakh, including a block booking of Rs 30 lakh. While an improvement from yesterday, it contrasts with Agnihotri's past successes. The film, exploring the Noakhali riots of 1946, stars Mithun Chakraborty and Anupam Kher.
