City minister summons bank bosses over 'de-banking' after Farage account closure
Monday, 24 July 2023 Bank chiefs have been summoned by City Minister Andrew Griffith to discuss how customers can be protected from being "de-banked" after Coutts terminated its relationship with Nigel Farage.
Nigel Farage has told Kay Burley that a scandal over the closure of his Coutts bank account has "completely absorbed my life for many months".
