Dead man's ID number used to open account for donations to Aids hospice temple

The ID card number of a dead man was used to open an account to receive donations for a fund belonging to the controversial Aids hospice temple Wat Phrabatnampu, according to the Department of Provincial Administration. The temple's former abbot changed his layman name to one almost identical to that of the deceased man.
