Delhi HC dismisses petition seeking recognition of LGBT relationships, rights to marriage, adoption and divorce

Delhi HC dismissed a petition seeking directions to make rules, regulation to recognise LGBT community members' relationships including marriage, adoption, divorce. The petition was filed by Tajinder Singh sought to constitute an LGBT commission in Delhi for upliftment and welfare of members of the community.
