Both India and Pakistan have already
dispatched humanitarian aid to Afghanistan after

Al Jazeera reports that India has deployed a technical team to the Afghan capital of Kabul.
According to India's foreign ministry, the team has
been sent to the embassy which has been
vacant since August when the Taliban took control. .
