Jagtar Singh Hawara, convicted in former Punjab CM Beant Singh assassination case, to be allowed to speak to lawyer

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday directed the superintendent, Tihar Jail, Delhi to make necessary arrangements to enable Jagtar Singh Hawara, one of the convicts in former Punjab CM Beant Singh's assassination case, to speak to his lawyer on May 20 at 10am regarding a petition pending before the HC.
