Maharashtra saw over 2,100 cases of 'heat stroke' this yr

The state registered 2,189 cases of suspected heat stroke between March and May this year, with the city accounting for 155 cases. Statistics released by the state health department showed that Pune (410) recorded the highest number of suspected heat stroke cases followed by Wardha (254) and Nagpur (165).
