UP: 'Drug addict' smashes 6-yr-old boy's head, eyes gouged out

A six-year-old boy, whose father is an engineer at a private company, was brutally killed by his 13-year-old neighbour by smashing his head and face more than 20 times with a brick in Rampur city on Saturday. Police found the body at an under-construction site near NH-87 later in the evening, with his eyes gouged out and clothes missing.
