The ChhattiIsgarh assembly witnessed noisy scenes, sloganeering and suspension of opposition MLAs for trooping into the well of the House on Wednesday over the issue of a youth staging demonstration near the assembly demanding action against all those using fake caste certificates to usurp reservation benefits in the state capital.
