Delhi: Why your unpaid traffic fines may now prove costly

Not paying the online fines for traffic violations could cost car owners dear as Delhi government's transport department plans to put pressure on the nonchalant drivers, even cancel the registrations of their vehicles. Over 20,684 vehicles have violated traffic rules more than 100 times each and haven't yet paid the fines, according to traffic police data.
