Himachal Pradesh rain toll 71; 1,700 rescued as dam water floods Kangra

Rain-related deaths since Sunday in Himachal rose to 71 even as 1,700 people were evacuated with the help of the armed forces in flood-hit Kangra district following release of water from the Pong dam.
