Mumbai train shooting: 'I made a mistake, want to end life', killer cop Chetan Singh told wife

Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable Chetan Singh, accused of gunning down four people on the Jaipur-Mumbai Superfast Express last month, had confessed to the killings in a phone conversation with his wife and had expressed a desire to end his life.
