Allahabad HC judge heard Gyanvapi case for 2 years without jurisdiction

Chief Justice Pritinker Diwaker, said that cases related to the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi title suit have been withdrawn from a single-judge bench of the Allahabad high court. Diwaker stated that the judge was hearing the matter without jurisdiction, which he deemed as a case of "judicial impropriety."
