Punjab BJP chief proposes 3-member panel to steer SYL debate at agricultural varsity

Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar warned against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders turning the proposed debate on the Sutlej Yamuna Link (SYL) at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) into a meaningless and farcical exercise and suggested the formation of a three-member panel to oversee the discussion.
