Gujarat: Maulana held for sodomizing 7 minors

A maulana in Junagadh, India has been accused of sexually assaulting multiple students, including a 15-year-old boy who initially filed a complaint. The police have arrested the maulana and also the trustee of the madrasa for not taking appropriate action despite the complaint. The accused duo have been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Further investigations have revealed that the maulana had been exploiting students since last year, and more victims may come forward.
