Tuesday, 31 October 2023 Several days following the verbal dispute between Congress and SP, two key allies within the INDIA bloc, regarding seat allocation for the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections, Uttar Pradesh PCC chief Ajay Rai announced on Monday that his party was gearing up to participate in elections across all 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh next year. In Madhya Pradesh, the two parties were unable to form an alliance, resulting in SP nominating candidates for 33 assembly seats.
