A retired army man in Bihar's Vaishali district shot and killed a 24-year-old man during a dispute over using an alleyway. The argument escalated quickly, leading to the accused grabbing a rifle and shooting the victim multiple times. The victim, a final-year graduation student, was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital. The police have arrested six individuals, including the main accused, and seized his rifle. The investigation is ongoing.
