Monday, 13 November 2023 () Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the Congress party for corruption and predicted its exit from the government in Chhattisgarh. He mocked the power-sharing agreement between Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Deputy CM TS Singh Deo, stating that if the Congress can betray its own leaders, it will also deceive the people. Modi also accused the Congress of hating him and abusing the OBC community. The Congress can do anything for vote bank and appeasement, he added.
