Won't budge on 'sovereignty', says pro-talks group of Manipur rebels

The anti-talks faction of Manipur's UNLF, led by Koireng, criticizes the peace agreement signed by the breakaway group led by Pambei with the Centre and the state government, calling it a betrayal. The faction emphasizes that the demand for Manipur's sovereignty has not been compromised. Manipur CM expresses optimism about the peace process, stating that the ground rules for the ceasefire will be finalized soon. The remaining Imphal valley-based insurgent groups have yet to be involved in the peace process.
