Throng continues at Vasundhara Raje’s home as CM race gets tight

Apart from the BJP headquarters, party leaders are gathering at Vasundhara Raje's residence in Jaipur. MLAs and ex-MLAs are visiting her, raising concerns about her candidacy for the chief minister position in Rajasthan. The recent announcement of Mohan Yadav as Madhya Pradesh chief minister has increased worries among Raje's supporters. Speculations about the next chief minister include names like Ashwini Vaishnaw, Arjun Meghwal, Diya Kumari, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and Mahant Balaknath. Raje met with J P Nadda in Delhi, while reports of MLAs being confined at a resort circulate. The parliamentary board's decision on the chief minister's post will be accepted, said Arun Singh, BJP's Rajasthan in-charge, as MLAs continue to visit Raje.
