MP CM Mohan Yadav's first orders: Noise cancellation & better colleges

CM Yadav's first decisions prioritize law and order, education, e-governance, and tribal welfare. The bans on loudspeakers violating decibel norms at religious places and unlicensed buying and selling of meat and fish in urban areas are implemented. 'PM Excellence College' will be established in each district. Legal action will be taken to cancel bail of 'habitual criminals'. Certificates and marksheets will be mandatorily uploaded on DigiLocker. The payout for tendu patta is increased to Rs 4,000. Former finance minister Jagdish Devda and former minister Rajendra Shukla are sworn in as deputy CMs.
