Bihar gang runs 'All India Pregnant Job Agency' in Nawada district, luring people with the promise of high returns. Eight members of the gang were arrested, but the kingpin escaped. Victims were asked to pay a registration fee and a security deposit between Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000 to impregnate selected women. Successful men were promised a prize money of Rs 13 lakh, while unsuccessful ones were assured a consolation prize of Rs 5 lakh.
