Month after Arunachal Pradesh woman died resisting snatching bid, accused held

A month after Kesang Dorjee's death in an e-rickshaw incident, police arrested Umesh Khari, the alleged snatcher. Khari, a history-sheeter with 23 criminal cases, targeted women and changed his identity frequently. Dorjee, who was in Delhi for her son's liver transplant, fell and died while resisting the snatching.
