Lok Sabha polls in Delhi on April 16? 'Tentative', says Delhi election officer

A leaked communication from the office of the chief electoral officer of Delhi revealed that the Election Commission of India (ECI) has tentatively set April 16 as the date for the Lok Sabha elections in Delhi. However, the ECI quickly clarified that the mentioned date has no bearing on the actual schedule, which will be announced at a later time.
