Tiger killed by speeding car near Mysuru airport

A tiger, aged one and a half years, tragically lost its life in a collision with a speeding car near Mandakalli village on the outskirts of the city late on Sunday night. The incident occurred in the vicinity of the Musuru airport in Mandakalli, situated on the Mysuru-Nanjangud national highway. Forest department sources reported that the tiger suffered severe head injuries .
