Delhi court summons AIIMS doctor on rape charge

A Delhi court summons the accused doctor from AIIMS for the rape of another doctor on the pretext of marriage. The court finds sufficient evidence to proceed with the case, charging the accused under Sections 376, 377, 313, and 506 of the IPC. The accused is summoned on Feb 26.
