Keshavdev temple razed, mosque built at site, says ASI in RTI reply

Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has revealed details pertaining to Mathura's Krishna Janmabhoomi temple complex in response to an RTI query. The information, sourced from historical records found in a 1920 gazette, was disclosed following a request filed by Ajay Pratap Singh, a resident of Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh. The response was issued by the office of the superintending archaeologist of ASI, Agra circle.
