Deputy CM is also a minister, post not unconstitutional: Supreme Court

Supreme Court on Monday said appointment of deputy chief ministers was not unconstitutional even though the position was neither mentioned nor defined in the Constitution, in a ruling that validated the improvisation by the political class to balance factional and social equations as well as to appease individual ambitions.
