Cop kills wife's lover, dumps body to show as Haldwani riot death

Prakash Kumar, wrongly identified as a victim of the Haldwani riots, was actually murdered by constable Birendra Singh. Singh's wife, brother-in-law, and two others orchestrated the murder due to Kumar's affair and blackmailing. They all face murder charges.
