Where do stolen phones go? To IMEI ‘changers’; gang busted in Delhi

Police busted a gang changing IMEIs of stolen mobiles in west Delhi. Three members arrested from Tilak Nagar. 79 stolen phones recovered along with a laptop and incriminating software. Suspect arrested with stolen mobile from Hari Nagar. Investigation ongoing on phones being sold in the grey market.
