Attach BMW, Range Rover if man can't pay for hill cutting: High Court to Government

The high court of Bombay at Goa ordered the government to attach Estonia Francisco de Almeida's high-end cars if he fails to deposit Rs 35 lakh. Almeida, who approached banks but couldn't arrange the deposit for hill restoration, owns a Range Rover with a 'James Bond' registration and a BMW.
