Man jumps from train to catch mobile phone thief, dies

24-year-old bank employee from Pune, Prabhas Bhange, died chasing a mobile thief on the Siddheshwar Express. Aakash Jadhav caught stealing victim's phone. Bhange worked as a cashier. FIR filed under Section 304 and Section 382.
