In Madhya Pradesh, children file case against parents over TV & mobile curbs; HC stays trial

The Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court stayed proceedings in a case filed by siblings, aged 24 and 11, against their parents, who allegedly prevented them from watching TV and mobile, and physically assaulted them. The police registered an FIR under various sections of the IPC and Juvenile Justice Act. Currently, the children live with their paternal aunt.
