NGT cites TOI report, says orders on Aravalis ‘flagrantly violated’

The National Green Tribunal has taken suo-motu cognisance of a TOI report on illegal construction at Ansals Aravali Retreat in Raisina and issued notices to relevant authorities. The rebuilding of razed structures contravenes previous orders. Authorities, including Haryana's chief secretary and district magistrate, must respond by Dec 3. The land falls under protected regulations.
