UP govt offers full scholarship to Dalit IIT boy SC helped

The Yogi Adityanath government has provided a full scholarship to Atul Kumar, a Dalit student, who couldn't join IIT Dhanbad due to financial issues. The government will cover all of his tuition fees and other expenses for the entire four years, ensuring his educational dreams are not hindered by financial constraints.
