Abandoned baby dies after illegal abortion in Bhopal; price of killing newborn 30,000?

A newborn girl found abandoned in Bhopal died after a crude abortion. Police arrested the 14-year-old rape survivor's mother, a nurse, and a homoeopath involved in the illegal abortion. The nurse admitted to abandoning the baby for Rs. 30,000. A case under the Pocso Act is being prepared against the alleged rapist.
