Festival of dogs to promote coexistence in Bengaluru on October 17

BBMP, collaborating with animal welfare entities, will celebrate the Kukur Tihar festival on Oct 17, spotlighting dogs' positive roles in society. The #BiteFreeLocality initiative will foster humane environments and include a pilot project to feed street dogs using restaurant leftovers. Volunteers can register until Oct 15.
