AAP legal cell chief faces fake degree probe, axed from bar council post

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has removed Sanjeev Nasiar, vice-chairman of Bar Council of Delhi, over questions about his law degree. The BCI has requested a CBI probe into the authenticity of Nasiar's LLB degree from a college in Indore, which allegedly wasn't authorized to offer the course in 1988, the year Nasiar claims to have graduated.
