Get Supreme Court, division bench nod for fresh probe: HC to RG Kar victim's kin

The Calcutta High Court advised the parents of the RG Kar rape-and-murder victim to seek clarification regarding their plea for a further probe. The parents' counsel expressed distrust in the current CBI investigation and requested a fresh probe, alleging evidence had disappeared. The case will be heard again on January 15.
