Bengaluru police challenge actor Darshan’s bail in Supreme Court

City police have appealed to the Supreme Court against Karnataka High Court's decision to grant bail to actor Darshan and others, arrested for the murder of fan Renukaswamy. The bail was granted citing lack of requisite notice and alleged discrepancies in eyewitness statements. The victim was allegedly killed for sending inappropriate messages to Darshan's girlfriend.
