Neutral expert upholds India's stand on Indus Water Treaty against Pakistan

The Indian government has welcomed the decision by a neutral expert in favor of India's stance on seven questions related to the Kishenganga and Ratle hydroelectric projects under the Indus Waters Treaty. The expert will now proceed to the merits phase, which will result in a final decision on these differences.
