Loudspeaker at religious sites is not a right: Allahabad high court

The Allahabad High Court dismissed a writ petition seeking permission to install loudspeakers on a masjid, stating that such use often causes nuisance for residents. The court noted that religious places are for offering prayers and the use of loudspeakers is not a right.
